Refund Policy

We want all of our clients to be happy with our products but due to health regulations we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchange or return of merchandise. All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to high appeal of our products.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at armtatoo2@hotmail.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund 80% of the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
