Creating this routine was kind of tricky.. but I put a big focus on those 2 issues:
1. (expect for that 1 Ab Hold) this entire routine is super friendly for your LOWER BACK. It should definitely be way easier to keep it neutral & flat on the ground for the entire 10min – especially if you compare it to my other routines.
2. Of cooouuuurse it still involves some movement for your neck, but I feel like I mixed the exercises well enough to not give you a sixpack for your neck muscles haha 😀

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break – TAKE IT! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂
